SHIPPING<\/strong>
\nMegafly ships products to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process.
\nOrder preparation usually takes 1-2 business days<\/strong> from payment confirmation, unless otherwise indicated on the product page or communicated to the customer.
\nDelivery is normally completed within 3-4 business days<\/strong> from shipment, except for delays not directly attributable to Megafly or the courier.
\nShipping costs are shown during checkout before the order is confirmed. Any promotions, free shipping thresholds or special conditions are displayed directly in the cart or checkout page.<\/p>\n

FAILED DELIVERY OR DELAYS<\/strong>
\nMegafly undertakes to deliver products without undue delay and, unless otherwise agreed with the customer, within the maximum term provided by applicable law.
\nIn the event of significant delays or delivery issues, the customer may contact Megafly by writing to: info@megafly.it<\/a>.
\nMegafly will provide assistance in checking the shipment status and identifying the most appropriate solution.<\/p>\n

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong>
\nConsumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days<\/strong> from the day they receive the products, without having to provide any reason.
\nTo exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer may send an explicit statement expressing their decision to withdraw from the purchase, according to the methods
\nindicated in our Terms and Conditions<\/a>.
\nThe withdrawal request may also be submitted through the dedicated online function available on the website: Request withdrawal<\/a>.
\nAfter the request has been submitted, Megafly will send the customer a confirmation of receipt by email, including a summary of the request, the date and the time of submission.<\/p>\n

RETURNING PRODUCTS<\/strong>
\nAfter communicating the withdrawal, the customer must return the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days<\/strong> from the communication of withdrawal.
\nUnless otherwise indicated, the direct costs of returning the products are borne by the customer.
\nProducts must be returned with due care. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

REFUNDS<\/strong>

\nMegafly may withhold the refund until it has received the returned products or until the customer has provided evidence that the products have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n

DEFECTIVE OR NON-COMPLIANT PRODUCTS<\/strong>
