HOW TO ORDER
To place an order through megafly.co.uk you must register in the appropriate section of the site. The procedure involves creating a shopping cart, choosing the items and selecting the chosen method of payment. Before making the payment you can view all the chosen products and the costs of both shipping and the products themselves. All prices shown are VAT included.

The customer will receive a confirmation email upon acceptance of the order placed. Upon delivery, the ordered goods will be accompanied by the corresponding tax document.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When the conclusion of a purchase contract takes place off-premises, such a sale is to be considered subject to Legislative Decree No. 21 of 26/03/2014, which provides for the possibility for the buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal may be asserted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. In the event that, at the time of withdrawal, the delivery of the goods has already been made, the consumer is obliged to return them to the seller, according to the terms of the contract. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer, unless otherwise provided. However, the deadline for return may not be less than 10 working days.

To enforce your right of withdrawal you must send the goods, within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your intention to withdraw from the purchase, perfectly intact and with original packaging to: Megafly Srl, Via Parma 62, 43022 Montechiarugolo (PR). Shipping costs related to the return of materials are the responsibility of the customer.
