Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day they receive the products, in accordance with the methods indicated in our Terms and Conditions.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer may send an explicit statement expressing their decision to withdraw from the purchase. The withdrawal request may also be submitted through the dedicated online function available on the website.

After the withdrawal request has been submitted, Megafly will send the customer a confirmation of receipt by email, including a summary of the request, the date and the time of submission.

Products must be returned without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions or on the product page.

The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
