Description

The Hydropsyche Precision XUL Sensytip 10’6″ #0-2-3 is an ultra-sensitive and balanced rod developed specifically for the Italian market and designed for technical and competition anglers who require extreme precision and control.

Equipped with interchangeable double liner, it offers two different personalities in one tool:
– A standard liner, perfect for classic nymph fishing.
– The innovative “Sensytip” liner made of ultra-thin full carbon, designed to offer maximum sensitivity and flawless handling of ultra-thin tippets.

The Sensytip system, which has already been proven in other fishing techniques, consists of grafting a full, flexible selvedge directly into the blank, greatly improving the perception of touches and management of the shoaling, especially with small to medium-sized fish or in technical competition waters.

The shorter versions (9’6”-9’9”) mount an up-locked reel holder, while the 10′-10’6” sizes are equipped with down-locked reel holders for optimal balance.
In addition, the rod incorporates a handy printing fish size on the shaft, useful for quickly estimating the size of the fish caught.
