Terms of sale

To make a purchase on Megafly.co.uk you must be registered. To complete the purchase order is expected to create a shopping cart, choose the desired items, select the shipping method, the payment method and confirm the order itself. The prices, including VAT, of each individual product can be viewed before the order is completed. Once the order is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Upon delivery, the ordered goods will be accompanied by the corresponding tax receipt.
The order refers to the selected items.

Megafly reserves the right to change the terms of sale which will be effective from the time they are posted on www.megafly.it.
We encourage you to always review the terms of sale before proceeding with the purchase of goods.

Terms of payment and delivery
Different forms of payment and/or shipping may be selected at the customer’s discretion. Payment and/or delivery methods other than those indicated are not possible.

Acceptance of orders
Orders are considered to be taken from the moment the customer receives a confirmation email from megafly.co.uk. The purchase of products is reserved for persons of legal age.

Delivery terms
Megafly is committed to fulfill and deliver the ordered items as soon as possible. Transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer. Megafly cannot be held responsible in any way for damages and/or delays during the transportation of the goods.

Warranty and service
Megafly.it guarantees the integrity of the products on sale. In the event that the customer finds a defect in the purchased goods must proceed to give notice, as soon as possible, by sending an email to [email protected]. We will replace the goods, promptly, without any aggravation.

Applicable Law
All sales contracts are finalized in Italy and are, therefore, subject to Italian law.
